Once a Beauty Beyond Compare

Once a beauty beyond compare,
With golden locks and skin so fair,
Her heart was filled with a burning desire,
For wealth, fame, and power, to aspire.

The devil appeared, with a tempting deal,
To grant her wishes, make them real,
In exchange, he demanded a toll,
Her beauty, now lost, replaced by a pig's troll.

The curse was set, a price to pay,
Whenever love came her way,
Her face transformed, a monstrous display,
Her heart was broken, her beauty restored, they say.

She walked alone, in sadness and pain,
Hiding her face, trying to remain sane,
But love would find her, time and again,
And with each embrace, she transformed in vain.

Her heart was shattered, time and again,
To restore her beauty, she had to endure the pain,
A devastating price to pay, to regain,
The beauty that she had lost, in the devil's game.

So beware, oh seekers of fortune's light,
The devil's deal is a treacherous plight,
A curse to bear, day and night,
A beauty lost, replaced by a porcine sight.

For love and beauty cannot be bought,
A lesson learned, a price so wrought,
A curse to bear, forever sought,
A broken heart, the only way out.

In a Red Maternity Dress

In a red maternity dress,
She stands alone, in deep distress,
Her hands cradling her unborn womb,
In the cold and misty gloom.

The deserted parking lot surrounds,
As she waits for a ride that never resounds,
The world passing her by,
With no one to hear her desperate cry.

Loneliness is her only friend,
As she stands alone until the end,
No one to share her pain or strife,
A tragic figure, the essence of life.

The misty air clings to her skin,
As she longs for someone to take her in,
But the world is cruel and unforgiving,
Leaving her to face the cold and unrelenting.

Her unborn child, a symbol of hope,
A flicker of light in the shadowed scope,
Yet the weight of the world on her shoulders,
Leaves her feeling weak and much bolder.

And so she waits, a lonely figure,
In a world that leaves her without a trigger,
The red dress a symbol of her pain,
Her heart breaking, forever in vain.

The misty day will come and go,
Leaving her standing there, alone in her sorrow,
A haunting figure in the cold and mist,
Forever waiting for a ride that never exists.

As She Gazes out The Frosted Window

As she gazes out the frosted window, the woman contemplates the meaning of life. The barren winter landscape stretches before her, stark and unyielding in its austerity. The trees stand like skeletal sentinels, stripped bare of their lush foliage, the ground a cold and lifeless expanse of snow and ice.

And yet, in the corner of the room, a vase of flowers stands in brilliant contrast to the winter landscape outside. The delicate blooms, plucked from their natural home and brought indoors, seem to embody the fleeting nature of life. They are a reminder that beauty and vitality can exist even in the midst of the harshest of environments.

The woman's thoughts drift to the nature of existence, the cycle of birth, growth, decay, and death that governs all life. She ponders the purpose of it all, the meaning behind the seemingly endless cycle of creation and destruction.

She considers the flowers in the vase, marveling at their fragile beauty and the brief span of time that they will endure. She wonders if perhaps the true purpose of life is not to cling desperately to existence, but rather to embrace the ephemeral nature of all things and to find beauty and meaning in the fleeting moments of our lives.

As the woman continues to contemplate the nature of life, she realizes that the true answer to the meaning of it all may never be fully understood. But she knows that, like the flowers in the vase, she will continue to bloom and flourish for as long as she can, embracing the beauty of each moment and cherishing the people and experiences that give her life meaning and purpose.

And with that realization, the woman turns from the window, content in the knowledge that while the world may be harsh and unforgiving at times, there is always beauty and wonder to be found, even in the darkest of moments.

In Contemplation by the Shore

In contemplation by the shore,
A woman ponders life's great chore,
The ebb and flow of fate's swift tide,
And what it means to live and die.

As she gazes out upon the sea,
A shimmering expanse of mystery,
The waves a never-ending song,
That sings of secrets held so long.

The rocks that line the beachfront way,
Stand tall and proud against the spray,
They bear the scars of time's harsh grind,
And yet, they endure, steadfast and kind.

And so the woman muses on,
The nature of this world she's known,
Of love and loss, of joy and pain,
Of all that's lost and all that's gained.

For in the ocean's endless blue,
She sees reflected all that's true,
The beauty and the majesty,
The pain and struggle, endlessly.

And in this place of rock and sea,
She finds the meaning that will be,
The guiding light that sets her free,
To be the woman she was meant to be.

Beauty Fades Away

Beauty fades away,
In the night, darkness creeps close,
Ephemeral grace.

Oh, Golden Rabbit

Oh, golden rabbit, with your coat of gold
You hop and play, so carefree and bold
In fields of green, you frolic and prance
A symbol of life's levity, a joyful dance

The flowers bloom around you in the field
A tapestry of colors, a sight to be revealed
You hop and play, never a care in the world
A gentle reminder to let our hearts unfurl

The sun shines down upon your gleaming fur
A symbol of hope, a promise to endure
Life may be fleeting, but it's full of bliss
A precious gift that we should never miss

Oh, golden rabbit, how you inspire us
To find joy in the little things, without fuss
To revel in the beauty of a blooming field
And to let life's levity be forever sealed

Your life may be simple, but it's full of grace
A reminder to live in the moment, embrace
The exuberance of life, the joy of the spring
And to let our hearts take flight and sing

So, let us raise a toast to the golden rabbit
A symbol of life's levity, so full of spirit
May we learn from your carefree ways
And live life to the fullest, all of our days.

Abandoned and Alone

Abandoned and alone, I stand
With memories of a love that was grand
Our last conversation echoes in my mind
Leaving me with heartache hard to bind

The opulence of autumn fades away
As the trees shed their leaves in decay
A fitting metaphor for my broken heart
As I wonder how we grew so far apart

Uncertainty clouds my every thought
As I try to move on from what we wrought
The pain of abandonment still lingers on
As I search for a new dawn to dawn.

Silent Levitation

Silent levitation,
Unseen force lifts me skyward,
Who or what is there?

Obliteration

Obliteration claims all in its wake
Reducing beauty to dust and decay
But Kintsugi shows the power of a break

Shattered pieces, lost beyond mistake
Gathered up and repaired in a new way
Obliteration claims all in its wake

The scars that remain, a life to make
A story of pain and healing on display
But Kintsugi shows the power of a break

The cracks that form, a path to undertake
A journey of growth, a path to pave
Obliteration claims all in its wake

Embrace the breaks, do not forsake
The chance to shine, in a different way
For Kintsugi shows the power of a break

In the face of loss, do not mistake
The beauty that can arise from dismay
Obliteration claims all in its wake
But Kintsugi shows the power of a break.

A Lonely Queen

A queen so grand, yet so alone,
Her last royal ball, a melancholy tone,
The music fades, the night grows old,
A lonely queen, with a heart so cold.
